Dear KrakowDirect, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your team very much for your assistance during the recent trip to Krakow by my boss and his wife. They were immensley impressed by the service they received. The driver was excellent. If they do visit Krakow again in the future then rest assured we will be in touch again. Thank you once again, you made organising the trip really simple and hassle free!

I have nothing but praise for Krakow Direct and the service they offer: the drivers are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived punctually and were as flexible as we needed them to be over extra stops and longer visits at Auschwitz and Birkenau. If that were not enough, their prices are very reasonable too. USE THIS COMPANY! I am very glad that we did and will certainly do so again if the chance arises.

KrakowDirect, Apologies for the delay in thanking you for making my visit to Krakow last week an outstanding success. Your driver Marcin was highly professional and very friendly. His timekeeping was impeccable, the vehicles were always clean and well presented, he was extremely knowledgeable of Polish history, geography, culture and politics and was well able to give full explanations to whatever we asked. He also was able to give us good recommendations for restaurants. Marcin is an excellent asset to your company. I am a licenced chauffeur and Tour Guide here in Ireland so I know what I am talking about. I and the three friends who were with me will all return to Krakow in the future and most likely we will bring others. When we do, either together or as individuals, we will only use your services for ground transportation and most likely we will be looking for Marcin. But more of that in the future. It has taken us a while to make a comment but all we can say is our second visit to Krakow was made extra special by the service we recieved from your company. Having found your site by chance we pre-booked our airport/hotel transfers and trips to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and to Zakopane. We booked a trip to Auschwitz, the service from our booking right until the end of the trip was excellent. The driver was very very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of information regarding Krakow and Auschwitz itself. Would recommend to all!

Good Afternoon, i just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you very much to you, your company and your drivers. On arrival we were meet in the arrivals hall and taken to the two mini buses where 18 cold beers awaited our arrival. The transfer was quick and the drivers answered any/all questions and dropped us at the front door of the hotel where upon they gave me the receipt for the beers. On departure the drivers arrived early and took us swiftly back to the airport ready to check in. A really great experience from start to finish. Excellent service all round and truly excellent value for money.

Hi, Tom and Martin were fantastic! Tom picked us up from the airport and very kindly made a phone call to our apartments for us. He then took us to Auschwitz/Berkenau and on to the salt mine afterwards he helped us so much. Martin picked us up to take us back to the airport for our return journey. Both Tom and Martin were very helpful and we would certainly use your company again. We would also recommend you to anyone that is thinking of visiting your wonderful city.
